Sew Giving
I hope all who took part last time will again this year, It was wonderful to see the many works of beauty. The good folks at Project Night Night were so happy and grateful to get your bundles of love.
For those of you who are time pressed or feeling challenged in the area of craftiness we also welcome store bought blankets, the main goal is to spread a little warmth.

I'm already thinking about the next Sew Giving Bee and have committed to the wonderful organization Project Night Night to helping meet their annual blanket needs.

Sew Giving...Extending The Extention
Just 10 More Days
The new deadline is March 10th and then a week after that the blankets will be on their way to Mauritania.
The blankets are still arriving which is so exciting. I'll be sure to take some photos
and post them to share the beauty.

Cassia's Blanket
I recently arrived home one evening to a nice surprise on my doorstep. A baby blanket for the "Sew Giving Bee" from 10 year old Cassia. The note she wrote for the mom that will receive her blanket is so dear I've included it in this post.
